Our new baby girl…a gift beyond measure
A wonder to hold…and a lifetime to treasure
With ten perfect fingers…and ten tiny toes
Two bright eyes…and a sweet little nose
Her life is a blessing…filled with pure love
And we welcome the miracle…sent from above.
Sometimes I have the honour of photographing friends, sometimes I have the surprise of photographing people I have only just met…and sometimes things meet in the middle and my past beautiful clients do me the greatest of blessings and refer me to those they know and love. Today I met the sweetest new family, referred by another gorgeous family that I have photographed in the past. A gorgeous mumma and papa and their new addition. A divine little love with a shock of dark wavy hair, smoochie lips and the most laid back little personality. We had such a beautiful time in the studio capturing every tiny detail of her in all her newness. I can’t wait to share some stunning images….a gorgeous gallery of blue’s, greens and a teensy bit of pink!
Oh lordy….will you look at that smile…that hair…those lips…I wasn’t kidding when I said she was perfect! I just adore blue’s and greens on little girls….the colours were perfect for Isabelle’s features. Who caught this stunning set up on my live feed earlier today? When mumma mentioned a garden theme I just knew I had to create this set up. There’s just something about a little bubba snoozin in pj’s…this knitted romper is super sweet and went perfectly with the greens and pinks in her gallery. This set up…sigh…it may have taken me a little longer than usual because all Isabelle wanted to do was lick the mohair romper but I persisted and isn’t it worth it? This romper and bunny I ordered from Russia from the most divine prop vendor who spoke not a word of English and when Isabelle’s mumma sent me photo’s of her nursery there was a gorgeous toy basket with a little bunny that looked just like this one on it so I knew what had to make that magic happen. I always adore when families bring special things with them to include in their session and this stunning blanket was no exception. Made for Isabelle’s mumma when she was born and now snuggling up gorgeous Isabelle too.
Andrea and Mark thank you for choosing me to capture memories for your gorgeous new family, it was the greatest honour.
Bre…thank you for valuing me enough to refer me onto others (ps I love it when you all do this so keep doing it!!!)
And lastly….Sweet Isabelle…thank you for saving up your poonami until we finished your session…the best kind of client! But in all seriousness, thank you for being the most divine little love you are.x.
